Description
Nice view of Metropolitan Stadium in Bloomington, Minnesota, with a capacity group for a Twins Game. Originally built in 1956, the Minneapolis Millers AAA team played here until the Washington Senators moved to Minnesota for the 1961 season. The Twins and Vikings (along with the Minnesota Kicks soccer team from 1976 on) played at Met Stadium through the end of 1981. The Met was demolished in 1985 and the Mall of America was built on the site, opening in 1992. Think how great this would look on your wall – and what a thoughtful, memorable gift this would make!
