Description

Very nice view of Jefferson Street in Wadena, Minnesota, from 1936. Note the Cozy Theatre with “Take A Chance” on its marque, and the water tower visible down the street.

Wadena is a city in Otter Tail and Wadena counties in the State of Minnesota. It is about one hundred sixty miles northwest of the Minneapolis – Saint Paul metro area. The population was 4,088 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Wadena County.

A bit of history, fantastic for dropping friends or family a note the old-fashioned way, and makes a great gift! This is a reproduction of the original 1936 postcard.
